The arrival of the New Year always comes with a list of goals that we all set to ourselves. Talking about my 2019 goals is a way to not lose sight of them.
Before listing you my 2019 goals I’d like to give you 5 tips to write and reach yours:
- Always go after your thoughts and dreams
- Believe in yourself and don’t be afraid of failure
- Turn your stress into excitement
- Eliminate sources of distractions (television, notifications)
- Transform your resolutions into goals and quantify them
The basic principle to achieve your goals is that they must be measurable and specific.
Personally I usually divide my objectives into categories in order to have clear ideas!
What are my 2019 goals on the travelling level?
I willn’t quote you my bucket list of the year, it’s too long. But broadly I want to travel as much as in 2018! I still have 3 major travel goals that are:
- Visiting all the countries of Europe that tempts me!
- Traveling for the first time to the United States
- Traveling to a dreamy exotic destination
What are my 2019 goals on the career level?
Keeping my rhythm of posting an article each week on my blog and reaching 50,000 followers on my Instagram account.
Selling my presets and creating my first Ebook.
Reaching new collaborations included some paid.
But above all keeping my geographical freedom thanks to my web activities.
What are my 2019 goals on the health level?
Doing at least 3 sports sessions per week.
Doing breathing exercises every night before going to sleep.
Reaching my ideal weight of 53 kilos by June 2019.
What are my 2019 goals on the relational level?
Celebrating our love in a spiritual way is certainly my biggest dream. For those who know me, I don’t want a paper wedding (common, church, etc).
On the contrary I want something that will bind us both in an entirely spiritual way (a ceremony on the beach of Bora Bora for example).
What are my 2019 goals on the spiritual level?
Reading at least 1 book per quarter about personal development.
Performing at least of 3 meditation sessions per week.
Taking one day a month to take care of me.
I think that now you know everything! Being able to write your goals is already a very good thing in itself.
The last thing you have to do is to achieve them. Some will be more difficult than others and this is the first goal of a goal list: To surpass yourself and to have confidence in yourself.
It’s up to you to comment on your 2019 goals! If you don’t want to talk about it, just tell me which level you’ll be working on the most! Finance, spiritual, travel, relationship, career, creativity?
